Muse Hub is capable of connecting to members of the community nearby, and sharing upload/download bandwidth to help speed up the delivery and reliability of downloads for everyone. If there are no community members nearby, then the Hub will download from Muse Group servers. However, community acceleration can really benefit in many scenarios, so we do recommend you keep this on.
You can turn off Community Acceleration in the Hub settings. Disabling this option will mean that you no longer send or receive data to other members in the community. Thus, all downloads will come from the Muse Group servers. You may experience slower download speeds as a result.
Some ISPs will throttle community sharing traffic. If you notice extremely slow download speeds or if your downloads are never starting, try turning off Community Acceleration and then restart the Hub.
